This past Wednesday we were invited to share our Snow Cone Cupcakes on WVLT-TV, Channel 8 in Knoxville. Brittany Tarwater--anchor, journalist and really fun host--joined us in the kitchen for this "cool" treat!

Here's how to make it yourself.
Ingredients

box whitecake mix (make as directed)
1
vanilla frosting
3
tablespoons blue decorator sugar crystals
3
tablespoons white decorator sugar crystals
3
tablespoons red decorator sugar crystals

miniature plastic spoons
Steps

2Make and bake cake mix as directed on box for 24 cupcakes. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

3Frost cupcakes with frosting. Sprinkle one-third of each cupcake top with blue sugar crystals. Repeat with white and red sugar crystals. Place miniature spoons into cupcake tops.
