Some of the classes available are:
Farm to Table: Learning the value of cooking with what's in season. Spring cooking includes Asparagus, carrots and peas.
The most beautiful Vegetable flower....the CAULIFLOWER! We will be learning about Cauliflower as well as cooking with it and making a cauliflower crust pizza.
The Incredible Edible Egg: We will learn how to make the perfect omelet as well as some delicious egg inspired dishes.
International Cuisines....Chinese Wok Cooking, Italian Pasta making, or Spanish Paella making
The importance of Bread Making

Home School classes are $15 per student and a minimum of 10 students are need to conduct a class.
